Abundant Joy accepts the challenge to lose 2,000 pounds in the next year; follow the advice of our physician following our annual check up; eat healthy; exercise at least 4 times a week; encourage each other and lay aside the sin that so easily besets us.
We will take Witness Walks; Workout for Jesus; and Juice for Jesus. Our goal is to get Healthy, Holy and Happy. Our bodies are the temple of God. We seek to take better care of the temple God gave us.
